Independent custodian holds title to assets. Fund accounting, registry and unit pricing are managed by an independent administrator on commercial terms.
Annual financial statements are audited by a registered company auditor. Audit findings are reported to the RE board and made available to unitholders.
Unitholders receive quarterly performance updates including portfolio metrics (occupancy, WALE, valuations) and a narrative on activity, plus an annual report with audited financial statements.
MPG may receive fees from multiple sources within the fund (management, performance, acquisition, leasing). Full disclosure is provided in the IM and managed under the Responsible Entity’s policies.
Independent external valuations are conducted at acquisition and at scheduled intervals thereafter, with internal directors’ valuations between external dates.
