Wholesale-client definition
What qualifies you as a wholesale client?
Under section 708 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), one of the following typically applies:

A minimum investment of A$500,000 in the offer.
- 02
A qualified accountant's certificate confirming net assets ≥ A$2.5M, or gross income ≥ A$250k p.a. for the last two financial years.

Professional investor status (large super funds, AFSL holders, listed entities, large balance-sheet investors).
- 04
Sophisticated-investor certification by a licensed AFSL holder.
