Eligible wholesale investors generally meet net assets of $2.5M+ or gross income of $250K+ p.a. (for each of the past two financial years) with accountant certification (valid 24 months).

Indicate preferred strategy, income option and subscription amount to help calibrate acquisition mandate and investor appetite.

The IM will include asset details, risk disclosures, projections, trust deed and subscription agreement. No commitment until executed.
